Refund & Returns Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products must be in resellable condition, free from wear, damage, or alteration.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Return requests must be submitted via email to playtime_essentials@outlook.com within the 30-day period.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may submit a return request after receiving the item.
